Mr. Mayock's approach to Classical Ballet includes techniques for rotational strength, lifted carriage, and the coordination of architectural movements.  Musicality and theatrically play a fundamental role, as well as a sense of playful determination.  Musical choices range from classical piano, Joplin rags, contemporary chamber music, and occasional use of pop and rock.

The term Contemporary  refers to a classical foundation of movement, with the addition of falls, weight releases, contractions, and stylistic expressions ranging from contemporary to jazz.
